The company Home Rescue Programs has failed, as of today they have removed their contact information from their website. Hundreds of home owners have been left in legal limbo, pending modification with their lenders and worst of all without any chance of getting their money back. The company was one of the few that did offer a money back guarantee, a lot of good that will do know. I am surprised that none of their former or current employees have posted here, warning consumers. A email was circulated that Home Rescue Programs had received an offer to be bought out by a more reputable firm and current home owners pending modifications to be transfered to somebody that knows what they are doing. I wonder how many people are going to left in legal limbo and possibly lose their homes if they drag their feet or just simply let the company fail. Apparently Home Rescue Programs problems have been long coming and they already established new companies under new names and different corporate devisions.
How about Home Rescue Programs insiders and past employees, post these new company names here and possibly warn others before they lose their hard earned money!
