Miles Moore first promised to modify our mortgage, reduce payment and balance. Our experience has taken over a year to be processed and is still not completed. Miles also put pressure on us for payments (for his fee) even though work wasn't complete. He gave us all kinds of stories as to why he needs the money and always went right to the bank to cash the check. He insisted on us giving him cash, we did not give into this request as we wanted proof of payments. Our experience with Miles also includes him not following up with lender with questions we needed answers for. We tried to contact him several times and he was very hard to get a hold of. When we needed answers he was nowhere to be found. When he wanted a payment he called us several times and even showed up to our house uninvited. His lack of professionalism forced us to remove him from the deal and now we are not only out of the money we gave him, our mortgage modification is still not complete. If you are in need of any services in the real estate world I do not recommend Miles Moore. He puts on a good front and knows how to talk the talk. His fees for this modification are more than they should be. I know now that you can modify your loan for FREE if you work directly with your lender.
