It all started in January of this year! My father passed away and my mother was not on the loan. After he passed my mom decided she wanted to try and keep the home. After months of people telling us no one could speak to her because she wasnt on the loan she had to go to court and get some paper saying she could speak on my dads behalf! $1,000 dollars later they talk to her. They want her to do a loan modification and the only way they will do this is if she puts the mortgage in her name THEN they can see what can be done about lowering the note on the home. Well the note on the house is 1600.00 per month. She nor i can afford this. We asked them to just lower the note and it was a no deal unless you put the mortgage in your name. So just over an hour ago Those sob's had my mom served with a detainer warrant. She has to be in court on the 3rd of December. The way i read the warrent its so they can take possesion of THEIR property! We are trying to keep this home through Obamas Hope for homeowners program but im not sure what to do anymore. This company could care less if your out on the street and have no where to go! I pray everyday that ill find a lawyer that is willing to get into this and sue them for their homes! We tried for months to speak with anyone that would help us in this situation at that company and they never would. They just kept sending foreclosure papers and threats via certified mail. Something needs to be done
