Collection of debt with return check between January and March

Post-card obtained by email declaring they'e gathering a return check prepared by Certegy to gather department. Case was submitted with a course of customers in the USA of Arizona, Hawaii, Montana, Oregon and Ky who obtained selection updates from CPRS and settled something cost or control charge to CPRS regarding the an individual check delivered for inadequate resources.

I've no return checks and haven't received any calls regarding a return check or do i've a banking account!
