Phone Service - Billing questions

I called in today to talk to someone about my bill. I started off telling her I had a question about my bill and she was ok with that. I had started to tell Kristen that I hadn't recieved any bill in the mail and I paid money online for my payemnt last month and I do not get why I have a late fee. She started to get really rude with me after that. Then I asked to talk to someone else and she would not put me threw to someone else. She went on telling me that there is nobody to talk to higher the her and she is the manager. I am sorry but at that point I didn't even want to talk to her. She then closed my account and wouldn't even give me any information about my account. Then she told me to log on line to see what I did to pay my bill and then she wouldn't give me time to log on line. I have never had such poor customer service in my life and I own a business. If she worked for me she would no longer have a job.
