Cannot log in to pay my bill! - Billing questions

For MONTHS now I have been unable to log in to my account at gogecapital.com and therefore have been unable to pay my bill online.

The company says there is nothing wrong with their website, when there most certainly is!!!

I am disgusted and annoyed that these people are making it so difficult for me to PAY MY BILL!!!
