Excessive surcharges for non compliant terminal that the transfirst representative gave to us to use

The Transfirst representative recommended that I use a Hypercom terminal never informing me that it would cause additional non compliant surcharges for each transaction. The representative provided the terminal. Also, he never explained an early termination fee or that I was signing a three year contract.
