The point is to be recuit or be the prospect, but they sugar code the intention. Even when they don't use the favor script. They begin to say that asking you to name people that might be looking for work and such but really trying to find a time to do kitchen table with you and sell the idea to you there. They claim the kitchen table isn't a sale pitch but it is.

The do not neccesary point out every cons side of the information they present. My upline says if we don't lead the prospect think in that direction they might not ask. A Marketing Director says it take hours to just explain one concept. The whole idea is to see if it spark interest or as introduction. (but i thought the idea is to educate not to see if we can be the bait.) But indeed whenever we explain a financial concept to another, we need to hold professionalism. And we shall be clearing misunderstanding before it is created, not avoiding the confrontation.
My upline would visit places, get name card, or make notes of name tag. Phone back and compliment on their work and ask whether they keep option open. That's how i was recuited but until i saw how it was done, i didn't realize i was just part of the recuitment process when i got that compliment.
They say i need to meet people. And i like cafe. So they say i shall get new name via cafe (random talking to people). My parents was shocked because that can potentially lead the wrong signal that i might be trying to hit on somebody or something. Very unprofessional practice.
