The corporation required two EPAY for my payment of $170.04, they charged twice. After I named they stated these were unable to credit my consideration which I simply needed to delay plus they might credit from my next statement. I came across this clarification annoying. I f they are able to quickly get my cash from my check consideration, they are able to substitute the approved IDENTICAL PAYMENT FOR THE SAME AMOUNT... Deducted from my account the same time. I'd like full payment of the unauthorized payment they took from my check consideration. This experience have remaining me for the realization they certainly will get money from my account by decline and are hesitant to quickly credit my account. Please forward what documents have to be completed... I do want to make the state complaint from this 'unauthorized consideration'. They keep cash, generate interest and that i endure. This identical unauthorided cost might have cause me with an facility with the 'fees and prices' related thereto. I'm furious with the corporation. I've been an excellent client, usually paid bill promptly which is how they handle great clients. A monoply, i can't use another organization.
