The company sent me a letter that fema remapped my land and i am in a flood zone. I have an appeal in with fema as there has never been a flood in our burg in the last 100 years. Anyway homeq sent me a letter that they are going to start charging me $200 amonth for flood insurance. I owe about $70,000 and they are taking out 192,000 on my house. They also opened the insurance effective 07/08/08 and notified me a month later. I have to get an elevation certificate that costs $950 to fight them.
