Leafguard (gutters) of Greater Charlotte will not return my $2300 deposit despite the fact that they never did any work on my home. I terminated the task 3 times before these were designed to appear. How can that audio for you? Do not use these guys, do not trust these guys.
The agreement they use doesn't note the deposit is non refundable. They simply do not return your cash.
$2300 for no-work what-so-actually. They do not return telephone calls. They state that they'll but I never obtain a return phone. I believe it is unjust that I've to employ an attorney to recuperate my deposit.
