We'd leafguard mounted on our recently built home 6 years back within the Seattle area. Support was good, but make sure to browse the guarantee... It's assured to not block, which it never has... However the issue is all of the pollen, wood needles, etc. That gather on top of the gutter after which hinder the water pressure. The end result may be the water drains (in large rainfall it's just like a fountain) within the front-side of the gutter making them ineffective. So that they don't block, but we've to wash the exterior of these twice annually. I had been surprised after I noticed they'd earhed a Great Housekeeping press since I have wouldn't suggest the product.
