I have been with FCNB for over 5 years now, and I tell you this is the worst customer service that I have seen yet. This people have no regard for those that keep them in business. Like many others on this report I double paid my account and when I received the next statement nothing will be due, but then when I would receive the statement after that, I would be hit with an overliimit fee (go figure). Since they are no longer doing business in the public sector, you'll probaly reach Elvis before you reach them.
When the call 1 800 296 7095 number on the statement they direct you to 1 800 274 5477, and that in turn directs you to 516 576 8706 which is always busy. There must be some kind of federal banking law to make these people accountable for their actions. Maybe our next step should be the attorney general or a class action lawsuit.
