Quebec assurance, Wawanesa life, Wawanesa USA this company will take money from your account even after cancelling the policy and they will REFUSE to give it back to you

After canceling my policy with them I was surprised that they still took payment form my account; however the outrageous thing is that they REFUSED to refund me back, point blank without any explanations
