Called baby for having breast cancer, head injury, verble harassment. $8000 interest and prepayment penalty for one month behind, for refinancing mistreated and ripped off Jacksonville Florida

Fairbanks bought our contract without any written documents from either company. They took over in april. I have a head injury, and breast cancer. My focus was off, and fell behind payment. Was called repeatly, and harassed about breast cancer nad head injury. Was called a baby because i had cried abouy what they were doing. Went to refinance through another company and was charged over $8000.00 in interest, and prepayment penatly, plus would hold $1,100 in a retainment. Our loan was $125.600, and payoff was $137,600, with one month behind payment. The company told us to get an attorney to fight them for fraud, and harassment. They called repeatly and harassed me. When they bought our contract we were not told of the change, and we sent a payment, and was not reported. They have threatened to forclose on our home. We are selling our home just to get rid fo this company.
