$500 Deducted From My Account Despite Promise to Call First

They said (Micheal Boven) that they would contact me prior to deducting $500 from checking acct to start loan process... Talked 3 times to Boven and he said he would call me. Oct 24 canceled the process by phone and email... Oct 25th confirmation letter came that we were accepted... Deducted the money... Never let me know and I talked to him 3 times also canceling the process
