These folks billed my mastercard twice at $9.99 each. I NEVER approved them to demand my card. I NEVER offered them my creditcardnumber. I've NO IDEA how they got my info. I named the 877 quantity which was on my charge card record and talked to 'Jane'.'Jane' was really rude and in the beginning, declined to return my cash, despite the fact that I told her that used to donot approve these costs and that I haven't actually heard about e-commerce. I subsequently informed her that I'd contact the Greater Business Office, the FCC, or WHOEVER I'd to contact to obtain my reimbursement for costs which were never authroized within the first place. She (Jane) place me on-hold for 10 moments, when she returned towards the point she subsequently determined that she'd return my cash in my experience, just after I'd to obtain rude and threaten them. It's absoutely ludacris that I've to combat with individuals to provide OUR money-back IN MY EXPERIENCE that I never actually invested. I truly wish that anything is performed with this particular organization. FYE shouldn't have the ability to escape with unauthorized fees any more!!! Anything must be achieved instantly!!!
