Awful experience

Approached ING on 7.2.09 to move some resources from my ISA to my existing bill. Was informed not able to execute this course of action as my existing account wasn't from the ISA, it'd need to be used in my previous shut existing bill.informed ING that because of lacking use of my shut banking account, I required the near the account & return the resources. Was recommended by ING deliver a 'backup' of present bank record & check is likely to be released within 3 business days from bill. Delivered the notice 12.2.09. No response or resources obtained, approached E 26.2.09 was recommended had a need to deliver initial bank statement. Delivered notice of criticism to E & published unique lender claims to ING 27.2.09. Was recommended 12.3.09 by ING received bank claims & was informed that the Customer Support Group may contact me within possibly 12th or 13th to recommend subsequently resources is likely to be received - no-call continues to be obtained. Finished type & published related files to Financial Ombudsman as in a reduction why ING won't permit you to stop your plan & deliver you-your resources.
