Anotther SCAM, FALSE loan modification Firm, 100% refundable deposit LIE

I hired EQ group in 10/08 by recommendation from Douglas H. Robichaud, from CLEAR LIFE Financial, to handle my Loan.

They have 100% refundable deposit policy, if they can't obtain Loan Modification, which they DID NOT, so I'm still waiting for my deposit of $2100.00

First, no answer after dozen of left messages on answering machine, and after my lawyer called, somebody called me back to tell me that 100% refund policy EXPIRED 6 months ago, and EQ Group has no money (but I'm sure they will take money from anybody who will hired them)

I will try to find more people which are ripped off like me, so we can take them to court and make them pay money which is stolen from us.

So, spread the word about another Low Life Garbage Rip Off Company and their employees called EQ Group.
