Boa bank of america overdraft fess scam

BOA is the greatest artists of ripoff, their online system is designed to manipulate your transactions so no matter what you do they still can hit you with over draft fees ($35), they actually switch transactions around so it will look as if the deposits you make are posted after a few transactions had gone through which is not even possible if you don't have a line of credit or over draft protection, BOA will not even approve transactions as small as $100 if you don't have the funds.
I started to take screen shots of the daily activities online so I may compare later on when we have a problem, and sure thing 3 days later I had a proof; on Monday all transactions had gone through with money to spare in my account and NOTHING IS PENDING AT ALL and I made sure not to use the debit card at all, on Thursday my account was negative and I was hit with 3 ($35) over draft fees, the entire screen looked completely different that the one I captured and printed 3 days before, they actually re-arranged all transactions going a week back to make it look as if my deposits were not made till after I used the debit a few times.
I figured this time I have it all on paper and I went to the branch to try to reason with the branch manager perhaps they would see that the problem is with their system but apparently the word "reason" does not exist in BOA's dictionary, they kept repeating over and over like a programmed robot, that everything look right on their end and that there was nothing they can do about it, of course I closed both of my business accounts right there while there was 4 other "victims" in the lobby waiting to close their accounts as well, I walked outside to cool off and while I was outside I saw an older gentleman storm out while the branch manager is chasing him perhaps to talk him into staying with the bank a little longer so they may clean him out completely.
Unfortunately the problem is not only BOA, it is the entire US banking system, over the past 2 years we were ripped off by 4 banks, Bank of America ($1290 in total losses), Comerica Bank ($3,780.00 in total) and wells fargo ($470 total), WAMU ($1200) a total of $6,740 in total losses.
I believe there is a huge number of people that were ripped off and victimized by US banks, I say we all should get together and sue those thieves (class action law suit) to expose them and teach them a lesson they'll never forget when they have to fork out million or even billions, I already spoke with a trial lawyer and he said he would definitely take this case, anyone else would like to join?
