Vendor One began calling me weeks once they claim they experimented with withhold a $22.81 delivery cost from consideration. I settled the $22.81 when requested. They state my lender refused the cost and therefore are today receiving me NSF costs.
I've required evidence from Vendor Oneis lender showing they created these efforts, they've created nothing. Our lender claims (and certainly will place it written down) that Vendor One never experimented with withhold the delivery charge which my consideration hasn't had low-sufficient resources. Our bank supervisor has named them-and they'll not return her calls.
Vendor One set this up so they might add-on a NSF charge and attempt to get me to pay for it.
Also, I required that my consideration be shut just before July 1 simply because they were to cost me $129 PCI charge for several balances start after July 1. They waited per week after which delivered me the consideration termination type dated 7/2.
In my opinion they did this so they might make an effort to cost me the $129 PCI charge.
I really donot owe possibly of those costs or am I going to spend them. They constantly deliver me need words and phone me with risks. I'm calling the BBB and also the attorney-general nowadays to record Vendor One.
I believe all companies seeking MC/Credit providers must look for a trustworthy organization and Vendor One isn't trustworthy centered on my activities.
