Credit
Unauthorized charges

On July 12, my consideration was billed $50.00 to get a support that used to do not approve, purchase, or obtain. Upon finding this cost I approached Capital One instantly to apprise you of the problem. After Capital One examined my state the cost was eliminated. Meanwhile I recognized that my charge card wasn't where I often maintain it (in my own budget) and so I named Capital One and requested one to close my consideration and problem me a brand new credit bill amount as my card was dropped with no longer in my own ownership. Capital One complied and terminated my missing creditcardnumber closing in XXXXand released me a brand new one closing with XXXX. Although checking my account action online I came across the $50.00 deal (July 12) which was questioned by me and terminated by Capital One was billed again like a deal re-bill to my new charge card bill on September 10.

I questioned the cost again on-line and via phone connection with Capital One. Sadly, I've been defeated in calling the vendor under consideration as all I've is just a telephone number that's outlined on my charge card statement so when calling it-no one replies. Because my consideration continues to be sacrificed twice from your own charge card organization, I've regretfully been compelled to shut my consideration to ease anymore unauthorized and deceptive fees and that I am considering seeking appropriate motion in addition to reporting Capital Someone To the right consumer-protection investigative organization. I'll proceed to pay for on my account until settled entirely aside from the $50.00 which was illegally billed to my bill.
