Missing money after Bank Upgrade

Its been 14 days because there update and that I am still missing 450.00 in my own account. They charged me nearly $300.00 in facility costs, since my income was lacking. Our holiday and 50th birthday was destroyed. I couldnot create tranfers in one account towards the additional, I couldnot get customer support thru the 1-800 number-my guidance to everybody consider your cash whichever is left and work. I-file a problem using the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and undoubtedly that'll be a few weeks before they return to me.
