I'm An Agent and that I have caused several mortgage officials through the years. Kelly Crutsinger at Wells Fargo is undoubtedly the toughest I've ever endured to work well with. She made claims to the shared customer that she realized she couldnot support, after which created reasons for that next 2 months when she couldnot provide. She actually went as far as to send me to her supervisor, who named the customer liars. I can not imagine how she's nevertheless a mortgage official, she is terrible at her work and it has horrible people skills.
