Don't EVER pay Bobby "upfront" regarding loan modifications. This man should be investigated. He is a fast talker and does have knowledge regarding mortgages but does not know how to complete them. Although majors lenders do require a good faith deposit, they actually do credit it towards your closing costs.
Bobby justs collects his fees from his clients and you will never see him or your hard earned money ever again!!! Don't be fooled by this Persian, fast talker! He should be considered the "terrorist" of homeowners.
