I was ripped off by Bobby Leitgeb. I contracted with Nex Move to move a table and chairs and when these items were delivered, two of the chairs were completely broken and unusable. I immediately contacted Bill Eiserman from Nex Move who said absolutely no problem and we would be reimbursed the $788 (cost of the two chairs). Three weeks went by and no payment. I called and spoke with "Bobby" (Leitgeb) on 4 seperate occasions in the last 8 weeks.
Each time Bobby informed me that he would send me a check by a certain date and of course... No payment. Both Bobby Leitgeb and Bill Eiserman came up with every lie in the book, from business is bad and I can't afford it, to "bobby is out of the office and he will write you a check when he returns on Wednesday". These guys are complete scam artists and liars and have a long history of complaints.
My last conversation with Bobby Leitgeb resulted in him calling me a "scumbag" because I told him I had no other recourse but to file a complaint with the Florida Dept of Agriculture and contact an attorney. Stay away from this company... These guys are crooks and con artists.
