I was referred to Bobby Williams the owner and representative of all the listed companies, by a salesman from Suzuki of Irving, Texas due to needing to get financing for a vehicle. Bobby Williams informed me that he would be able to locate a Lexus RX300 for me, he informed me that he would need a deposit in order to start the search. I met with Bobby on March 20 and gave him a cashiers Check for the $5000 deposit. And signing an agreement on which he represented himself as the Car Company, stating that he had 14days to locate a vehicle. If he failed to do so in the 14 days that the full deposit will be returned he also let me drive a loaner car. On the 14th day I contacted Bobby but he still had not found the car. I ask for my deposit back and he has informed me that he doesn't have it and that he has ran in to some troubles with his investor. Last night a repo company that works for the investor pickup the loaner car and now I have no car and I cant get my deposit back. He is not answering my calls or returning any of my calls. However, he is still located at the same address. I have found out that the Garland Police is wanting to question Mr. Bobby Williams about other bad deals that he has made to other customers. Don't trust this Bobby Williams at all he is a liar and Thief.
