I also am having an issue with PDL. I got out a 300.00 mortgage in the organization on July 6. They recorded my pay times about the software and about the software it mentioned they were likely to withdraw one cost of $390.00 on 7/31. To my knowing that explained they'd consider that quantity our in one single lumpsum after which the mortgage is likely to be compensated entirely. Since I've had the mortgage these were getting $90 out-of my bank account every payday (I receive money bi weekly). I looked over my bank record online and realized that this pay time additionally they got out $140.00. Mon I'm likely to contact them-and protest. I've paid $500.00 to get a $300.00 mortgage!!! Their agreement is deceptive plus they have to be documented towards the Better Business Office
