My Dad, Charles, has been receiving notices from collection agencies, GE Bank to name one, and now he received a letter Aug, from a "fictious" Hayt Law Office in Miami, Fla. That he not only owes $6,000, but he has been hit with interest charges of $3,000.
Of course, my Dad being a loyal, trustworthing and honest citizen of the USA, after serving in both the Atlantic and Pacific in WWII, and being a NYC Fireman for 25 years, does not and would never have a debt like this.
I find it extremely appalling that sinister people calling themselves collection agencies and especially LAW FIRMS, can get away with sending threats of lawsuits against my Dad who has never been anything but a wonderful Dad, loving husband and #1 citizen of the U.S.A. Shame on them and anyone like them!!
