I originally signed on with a debt consolidation company called US Debt Relief and they told me not to bother to go to court when HAYT & HAYT served me with papers. They called them on my behalf and was told they will not discuss any discounts. When they won the judgement again they would not discuss any reduction on the original Bank of America card account and added 1200.00 in additional fees. They then garnished my gross pay 25%. I have been forced to file for food stamps and have been denied. I am at my witts end.
