I just ordered my free trial and then found this page and read all the complaints. I was shocked that i fell for this scam. I got on their website and done the chat with live operator for over 3 hours with 3 different ladies. They told me they couldn't cancel my order becuz once i hit the confirm button, it went straight to the shipping dept. And they could not stop the shipment. Now we all know that is a load of crap. But then magically i mentioned contacting my bank and putting stop payments on my account so they would not get a cent and contacting the better business bureau, their tune changed. The next thing i knew was she was taking to her manager and he authorized her to cancel my order completely so i would receive nothing and be charged nothing. That was just minutes ago, so we will see. Worth a try though, give it a shot. May save u some return postage, and alot of waiting.
