Health Cln Charged my credit card for products and a membership I did not authorize totalling $129.90

I sent the following information to Woman's Day Magazine because the following companies advertise on their website. About a month ago I saw the ad (same ad as the one on your website) online through MSN for teeth whitening that helped a mom (this is bogus by the way and is probably a gimmick by the advertisers) to get her teeth whitened and all she did was to order the "TRIAL OFFER" from Dazzle Smile and Clean Whites. I have gray teeth from using a medication called Tetracycline as a child, so to learn I could possibly get white teeth through a "TRIAL OFFER" for a small fee of $1.95 for Dazzle Smile and $. 99 for Clean Whites I was thrilled. As I ordered this, something didn't feel right, but I thought it's only a "trial offer" and there shouldn't be any harm. Boy was I WRONG! I don't know about South Beach Brite (however, they probably have the same business practice), but Dazzle Smile and Clean Whites are a SCAM. On 9/15/09 I placed the "trial offers" order online, and within a couple of hours I got a phone call from each company to confirm my orders. Dazzle Smile confirmed my "trial offer" order of $1.95 and said nothing further of anything else to purchase, and I received my email receipt and there isn't any comments regarding any further purchases required to receive the "trial offer". Clean Whites "trial offer" order for $. 99 on the other hand was the exact same except for the confirmation call where the representative told me I'll receive my $. 99 "trial offer" and then I'll be billed monthly $49.95 for a membership. I told the rep that they better not charge my credit card for anything more than the $. 99. The rep said ok and we hung up. I received my "trail offers" within a few days and put them aside to wait for a good day to try the products, but I noticed in the Clean Whites package that out of the two syringes of product one was dismantled and the liquid was in the plastic wrapping. Then a few days later I received another package from Clean Whites, but didn't open it because I thought it was part of the "trial offer". On 10/13/09 I was reviewing my credit card statement and I started noticing charges that I didn't authorize from companies called Pristine Health (Dazzle Smile) for $79.28, Beauty Club (Dazzle Smile) for $1.95, Ultifreshwell (Dazzle Smile) for $87.62, and Health Cln (Clean Whites) for $. 99 $49.95 79.95, and to say the least I was shocked. So in total Dazzle Smile charged $168.85 and $166.90 wasn't authorized, and Clean Whites charged $130.89 and $129.90 wasn't authorized; which is a total of $296.80 of non-authorized charges. So I opened that 2nd box from Clean Whites and there was receipt in there stating that I now have a monthly membership that I did not authorize and refused on the phone to their rep. I am so angry that these companies have stolen from me, lied to me, deceived me, and who have committed fraudulent acts. I called 10/15/09 Dazzle Smile they said theyll refund my money and cancel the membership, and there wont be any more charges, but the $87.62 will be refunded as soon as I ship the product back to them at my cost for the shipping. I called Clean Whites and they said theyll only refund the $79.95 upon receipt of the returned products, cancel the membership, and there wont be any more charges. They owe to me all the monies they illegally charged on my card without my permission. I have returned all the products to Clean Whites with a letter to Elizabeth Goldstein concerning her company's fraudulent act. And, I have also contacted the Federal Communication Commission, the Better Business Bureau, and the Chamber of Commerce regarding Clean Whites, and I am in the process of reporting to the same organizations on Dazzle Smile. If these companies are requiring a membership to receive the "trial offer", then they should "clearly" state on their advertisement that that is their requirement to receive the "trial offer". Most people are not in the financial position for companies to steal money from their bank or credit account without prior clear notification of that company's intent. To date after contacting my credit card company the charges have been removed, but this was a tremendous exhausting experince that shouldn't have happened if they just would have been honest at first. And now, here's another business not to trust.
