Unauthorized billing

I place resources on my bank card to pay for a statement, after I ws informed that my card was rejected from the wire company. After examining my card purchases I had been surprised to determine I'd been billed 19.95 by INT*IDPROTECT MNTR SVC. I dont understand them-and I never approved their charging my account
