First American Payment Systems is nothing more than institutionalized fraud. They attempt to hold your company to entirely fictitious "contracts" that they are entirely unable to produce. When pressed to produce a contract, they send single pages of illegible documentation that has neither your signature or any relevance to your agreement with their company.
