I am recieving harassing telephone calls from "Hall & Associates". I'm being informed "I possess 186.00 to get a check I published to china panda (oriental food cafe) in 2006." I actually donot doubt a check was created since my ex fraudly published inspections in my own title and applied my money/charge cards while I had been within the clinic, creating me to fundamentally file bankruptsy. After I talked for this REALLY rude guy, I told him I had been underneath the impact it was protected under my bankruptsy and he he explained it was NOT coated and that I needed to spend before they take-me to judge.
After I said I'd spend your debt but in those days I'd just have the ability to spend 20.00 that evening and might spend the rest of the balance next time I receive money. (14 days in the day I named). Then he stated "I am not thinking about your 20.00 bucks or your reasons" and hung-up on me.

8 weeks passed and that I did not notice something. Subsequently, the calls started up again. Plus they are today calling my mom's telephone number and bothering her to make the journey to me to get a debt that I officially don't owe since my bankruptsy lawyer established it had been contained in my situation.
I am beyond disappointed since the calls wont end and also the individuals are difficult to cause with.
I'm strongly these folks are fraud artists and simply need them ceased.
