This company goes by many names. They started out as a Lead Provider for Loan Modification companies (Austin Leads, Inc., Best Leads Ever, Inc., Lead Provider Outpost, etc., etc.). Many of the companies he provided Leads for were not exactly above board in their dealings either. It didn't matter to them though, as long as they got the money up front, they would dodge their clients and occasionally provide them with old, picked over Leads that probably wouldn't amount to much anyway.
Now this company is into doing Forensic Loan Audits for other Loan Modification Companies. He promises to provide a whole staff that goes over the Audit, as well as his own software, developed by him, to find any number of problems with your previous loan paperwork.in actuality, there is only about 3 people that work for this company and all they do is run your papers through the Mavent Software system. They underbid even Mavent for customers and use alias names to dodge even them.
They overpromise and underdeliever and I wish I had listen to by gut instinct to stay away from them. Once they have half your money upfront, they are really not concerned about much else. Hal or Peter talk a great game, but they are simply one of many con artists taking advantage of others in this industry. Best Leads Ever has had other Rip Off reports submitted on them before, now this will add to there legacy.
