I had trouble with the rep. He wrote a contract at one discount rate and I was charged another. From day number 2 I could not reach my rep. I mean at all, his name is Steve Sklavenitis, cell # supposedly 330-949-0346. Even when I call Crescent they cannot have him call me??? And they never did correct the rate, so i had to cancel. Was supposed to be flat at 1.69%, actually became 3.4 %. Who can I report them to?
