This company seems to have purchased credit card numbers from a company that was fraudulently charging consumers in 2009—See original complaints here http://usashameboard.com/byurl/realestatepromoter.com.html.
In 2009 we were charged by "Real Estate Promoter" after canceling our free trial with www.realtytrac.com (which went on to sell our CC # and data to this third party!). We were able to get the charges reversed and while we thought the matter had long ago been solved, clearly they have resold all those numbers or held onto them to begin anew. They re back at it in a new state and under a new name—but with all those consumer CC numbers still in hand. We have since canceled our card and our bank's fraud department is currently investigating. We have also notified the Delaware Attorney General that this guy is now in his state and up to his old tricks.
Charges may appear on your card as "RE Magic Dover"
