Overdrawn account

I recently requested a cash advance and obviously i did so not get the loan but $33.98 was removed from my account without my authorization. Why you i request the program and have money removed from my account and that i need income.By your company taking the funds this overdrew my account. I'd like for you to put my money back to my account along with the overdraft charges just like fast when you took it out.
