Ripoff. They harass me continually, take me to court, caused Chapter 13 and still trying to foreclose even after selling my note. Something needs to be done. Screwed others too

I have had trouble with this company since they bought my note three years ago. They continually harass me and have caused me court costs for payments I had already made.

If there is a class action suit count me in. They are being investigated by state bank commissioners and the Federal Trade Commission. Please report problems with this company to the Federal Trade Commission and your state bank commissioner. We need to stop them.
