Billing for product not purchased

I had been charged $87.11 $1.97 on 7 July 09 from Turner XP1 Opportunities.

I survive a fixed-income to ensure that quantity for (?) is from the question.

The telephone # on my bank statement was disconnected. Lastly discovered

The Web Page but still not appropriate figures.

As Well As The $1.97 cost over-extended my bill and so I was billed

One more $35.00.

Any help could be appreciated.
