I want to participate in the lawsuit regarding harrassment. I would even asked them if they were aware that what they are doing is illegal. Of course they would ignore me. They are very unprofessional and I notice that they changed their name to Santander Cosumer USA. That made me fill uncomfortable giving them my information to pay the bill over the phone because I was not aware of this new name change. I was sick and was 5 days late on my payment and I received a call every 30 mins starting on my cell phone and than on my job. It would always be back to back. I couldn't believe it. When I pay my bill they always ask why was I late. I know that it is illegal for them to ask that question once the bill is paid. They do not care. Please add me for the lawsuit and thank you for hearing my story.
