I shipped my Entex statement with my check surrounded about the 17th of may, they cashed it also it removed my lender about the 21st of April. They claim they did not have it and desired evidence it removed the financial institution. Our lender delivered them-this data twice. Today they need a duplicate of the check, entrance and back. They cashed the check like a ACH money and didn't return the check towards the lender therefore there's no means I will deliver a duplicate for them. About the back on each statement it stateis that they can electronically charge the cash which the check won't be delivered towards the lender. I don't understand what else to complete to solve this mater together. The check was for $50.53. Sue.
