They Lossed payment, disconnected us

I'd my satellite disconnected today and that I had no idea why. Our online account stated used to donot spend my statement! BALONEY - I delivered them a check which removed my lender at the conclusion of June, plus they are ostensibly calling me a liar. They WOn't take that it's their error informing me "easily settled my statement this wouldnt have occurred" but wouldnt pay attention to me SHOWING THEM THAT I DID SO SPEND IT! Additionally they declined to reconnect my providers till EVIDENCE hasbeen proven to them.

So now I'd to contact the financial institution, get evidence of the check (entrance and back) and deliver them my bank declaration showing which evening the check removed and fax it - I'm so furious that they can not change my satellite back on when it's THEIR SNAFU!

The interesting thing about that organization is the fact that you never understand what you are gonna be informed since each and every individual you keep in touch with informs you DIFFERENT THINGS! I've had more run around with this specific organization than every other. Actually the individual at my lender that I spoke to today explained they have been having lots of issues with DIRECTV, and customers having to deliver evidence of cost.

Why could I lay?

I've had the corporation for three years which may be the method I'm treated - I would like to inform them to push their satellite up their @sses!
