Charged for $47.76 on Sears card allegedly by Selections Inc. To get a catalogue. Never created the purchase, never approved the charges. After repeated efforts with Sears to truly have the issue solved, that they stated following the first 2 calls to customer support, couldn't be achieved with no autho type to allow them to contact the payment organization, which incidentally the payment company stated isn't accurate, all Sears needs to do is contact their billing division & they'll clear the problem up. Sears subsequently stated we delivered the autho type too late & they might not do anything until the payment firm approached them. Called Citibank who likewise delivered us a late-payment notice regarding this consideration & they don't have this consideration within their program & can't reveal why. When I requested them about their promise of no costs for unauthorized they desired to move me to Sears credit, after I advised the Citibank repetition that she had a need to keep in touch with Sears & obtain the consideration data she simply moved me to Sears & put up. Will contact the BBB next their state lawyers workplace... Then I quess prosecute them in small-claims court. Anybody have any guidance? Never wish to cope with Sears, Citibank or their 3 stooges customer support divisions... Jay & Mary
