Complaint / Review
Fairbanks Capital
And Craig Kenney - could be more than meets the eye

Hey all it's Fed up with FB. Sure miss the discussion forum and this is not really the place for this at all. But since the "Comsumer Comment" has been removed, I find this my only venue at this time.

I have a question, one my husband often asks "What are the first three letters in the word 'assume'? Well back when we were filing our class action, I had wrongly "assumed" things about complaints and put the at the old conti-FB discussion forum. Some friends nicely but firmly straightened me out. Sorry Mr. Webmeister!

When WBAL posted the story about "the most amazing thing is Craig Kenney" working for FB. I accidentially happened upon the conti-fb site 2 years ago - as you know it just recently celebrated it's 2 year anniversary. So I got here shortly after it was loaded up. When I first got wind of the WBAL story, I got verification. I "assumed" we got sold out. Well I was again very firmly told the facts. I've been spreading them around ever since.

1. Craig Kenney did NOT sell us out.
2. Craig Kenney is NOT getting paid.
3. Craig did settle his lawsuit (if you had the chance wouldn't you?)
4. Craig is still working hard for the borrower's - not for FB.
5. Borrower Help is back up, but (last I saw) it was only one page.

I have trusted this "man with a vision" for 2 years. He has never let me down, not once. I followed everything he has said to do without fail and it has never failed. Neither you nor I have any reason to believe this has changed.

And for what it is worth - I agree with the 200% refund of the overcharge, same as supermarkets (only here in MI they are limited to $5.00 or 10x the cost of the overcharge, whichever is LESS.) Loopholes, gotta love 'em. And we need to get an e-group going so we don't keep using up the space on the complaint - what happened to the AntiFairbanks forum - maybe we could meet there?
