Strung me along and made false statements and promises

I was strung along for a month after paying a accessor $425 i had to borrow. I was told by ricardo craig that i would close in a week or i wouldn't have gone through with the loan. He lied to me about what a non-occoupant co-borrower was and mis led me at every turn he could.
Long story short, because of a broken promise made by ricardo craig at fidelity mortage, my son and i are looking at being homeless at christmas time.
Thank you ricardo craig, mabye i'll get a chance to thank you in person some time.
