Obviously Juniper Visa aka Barclay Bank has a very unhappy following based on the amount of disgruntled customer on the net. My problem stem from the over limit charge assessed every month after being lied to every month by their contracted overseas Indian customer reps. I've been tagged $39.00 in June, July and August after have phone conversations each of those month about this charge. Each month I've been instructed to send more than $50.00 above my minimum payment to clear this charge the next month but once the statement arrives the charge the charge has been assessed. On my statement the fee is assessed on the 9th of the month, the payment due date isn't until the 14Th of the month and the posting date isn't until the 20th. I asked the supervisor that I spoke with last was his phone center employees trained to lie to Barclay's customers so Barclay could bilk them out of more money and he had no comment except that he would speak with the customer service rep. That misled me last month... Bulls_t. I have several other credit cards and have never experienced such blatant disregard for customers. Last I ask for a phone # to Barclay and they offered a fax #. This card has now been cut into little pieces and is being forward to Barclay with this months payment.
