I have had a juniper credit card thru Barclay Bank for some years now. I always try to send more than the minimum amount due. I have only been a couple of days late twice in the last few years and my interest rate is 29.99%. I have already contacted customer service to try to get it lowered but they will not contact me. What do I do? At this rate this card will never be paid off.
