Wall Street And Associates is a fraudulent loan modification company, claiming 99% success rate (which is an illegal claim), portaying ties to an Obama Plan (another shady practice), charging upfront fees with little to no work done to get any modification. Fees can be in excess of $5,000 for simply calling a customers lender and asking for a loan modification, which the customer can easily do themselves. The company employs a predatory telemarketing campaign in order to coerce customers into thinking they need their services. Many customers never get a loan modification and end up losing their homes. These people are heartless theives who thrive off the misfortunes of others. Do not give them your money!
